Yes. We offer secure telehealth sessions for clients located anywhere in Texas. Virtual counseling allows you to access therapy from the comfort and privacy of your home.

Each therapist on our team has different specialties and approaches. If you are unsure who would be the best fit, our office will help guide you in selecting the therapist who aligns with your goals and concerns.
Your first session is an opportunity for you and your therapist to get to know each other. You will discuss what brings you to therapy, your goals, and any relevant background information. This session also allows you to ask questions and begin developing a plan for moving forward.
Most clients begin therapy weekly or biweekly, depending on their needs and goals. Over time, sessions may become less frequent as progress is made.
Yes. Counseling is confidential, and your privacy is very important to us. Therapists are legally and ethically required to protect your information, with a few limited exceptions such as situations involving safety concerns.
Finding the right therapist is an important part of the counseling process. If at any point you feel that your therapist may not be the best fit for your needs, we encourage you to share that with us. Our goal is to help you receive the support that feels most comfortable and helpful for you.

Parental involvement can be an important part of supporting a child’s progress. Your child’s therapist will discuss how parents may be involved in ways that support the therapeutic process while also maintaining appropriate privacy for the child.
