Under federal law, health care providers are required to provide uninsured clients and clients who choose not to use their insurance benefits with a Good Faith Estimate of expected charges for services.

You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate explaining how much your mental health care may cost.

 

A Good Faith Estimate includes anticipated charges for counseling services and related expenses. Actual charges may vary depending on your treatment needs, frequency of services, and other factors.

You may request a Good Faith Estimate before scheduling services or at any time during treatment.
