Shayna Parker, LPC

Shayna Parker, LPC, works with preteens, teens, adults, and older adults who are navigating anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, ADHD, and major life transitions. Shayna provides a steady, compassionate space where clients feel heard, understood, and supported as they work through difficult experiences.

Her therapy style is warm, patient, and deeply empathetic. Shayna helps clients understand how anxiety, depression, and stress affect both the mind and body, and together they develop practical coping strategies that build resilience and emotional clarity. Her approach integrates cognitive behavioral therapy, trauma-focused CBT, person-centered therapy, and emotionally focused techniques while remaining collaborative and tailored to each client’s needs.

Clients often describe Shayna as calming, kind, and a thoughtful listener. She focuses on building a strong therapeutic relationship where clients feel safe enough to be honest, vulnerable, and fully themselves. Her goal is to help clients feel more confident, capable, and supported as they navigate life’s challenges and move toward greater emotional balance.
