Casey Powers LMFT

Casey Powers, LMFT, CCTP

Casey Powers, LMFT, works with adolescents, adults, women navigating major life transitions, and couples seeking stronger connection. She supports clients facing divorce, betrayal, trauma, anxiety, depression, ADHD, and relationship strain, bringing steady, grounded care during seasons that feel destabilizing.

Casey is known for her interactive, personable style. Clients often describe her as safe, present, and genuinely invested. She creates an environment where people feel heard while also gaining practical tools and insight to create meaningful change.

Much of her work centers around helping women rebuild after difficult chapters — leaving unhealthy relationships, processing trauma, or rediscovering their voice. In couples therapy, she utilizes Gottman Levels 1–3 training to help partners strengthen communication, repair trust, and move from conflict toward clarity.

Casey also has specialized training in working with neurodivergent individuals and clients navigating ADHD. She helps clients better understand their wiring and develop strategies that align with their strengths rather than work against them. She understands the unique pressures faced by military individuals and families and brings cultural awareness to that work.

Her approach integrates relational depth with actionable skills. At times, she may gently challenge clients to step outside their comfort zone — not to overwhelm, but to expand what feels possible.

Casey believes growth is always possible, even after pain. She values authenticity, humor, and creating space for clients to move from chaos toward clarity and from fear toward hope.
