Accepting Tricare, Superior Healthplan, ComPsych, Blue Cross Blue Shield, United Healthcare, Optum, Aetna (Feb 2023), Oscar, Oxford, Private Pay, and out of network at this time.

Client can be provided with a Superbill for client to submit to insurance for out of network. 

 

Private Pay Fees:

Intake Session (60 Minutes): $150

Individual Session (50-60 Minutes): $125

Individual Session (30 Minutes): $75

Family or Couples Session (60 Minutes): $150

Payment:

All fees are due at time of service. A credit card must be on file for all payments.

Cancellation Policy:

If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, and you have not notified me at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the treatment as booked. If you are having an emergency, out of your control, you will not be billed for the missed appointment.
